• Specialized export-related training programs, focusing on professional certifications in the field of export.

Eligibility criteria

The beneficiary must meet the following requirement:

• Submit a request to participate in a training program or obtain a training certificate not provided by the Authority through its workshops or e-learning courses.

Required Documents – Initial Approval:

• Quotation including: requested activities and their costs, details of the requested training program, target market for the incentive, and other relevant details (e.g., expected duration of completion, agreed payment option).
• Commercial Registration extract.
• Applicant’s ID.
• Company authorization for the applicant.
• Statement of expected additional revenues resulting from the incentive.

All required documents for initial approval must be submitted within 30 days from the date of application.

Required Documents – Reimbursement:

• Invoices in accordance with the approved quotation.
• Proof of payment for each activity or cost claimed, showing: amount, payment date, details of the source and destination accounts.
• Bank IBAN for both the source and destination accounts.
• Proof of service utilization.
• Completed incentive form and post-service report form.

All required documents for reimbursement must be submitted within 60 days after service completion.
