The Saudi Exports Development Authority has concluded its trade mission to Nigeria, held in Lagos on April 15, as part of the authority's strategic initiative to enhance non-oil Saudi exports. Through such missions, the authority seeks to expand export opportunities and promote the access of national products and services to promising global markets.
A total of 26 Saudi companies participated in the mission, representing diverse sectors including construction materials, food, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, communications and information technology, transport and logistics, and professional and consulting services. The Saudi Export-Import Bank (Saudi EXIM) also took part in the mission.
The mission aimed to explore business opportunities in Nigeria and establish new partnerships that would strengthen trade relations between the two countries. The program featured a series of matchmaking meetings between Saudi company representatives and their Nigerian counterparts. Several export agreements were signed as a result, underscoring the attractiveness of Saudi products in the Nigerian market.
