calendar 3/6/2016 12:00 PM

As Part of the "SAUDI EXPORTS" Participation in the Exhibition

The Saudi pavilion, organized by the Saudi Exports Development Authority "SAUDI EXPORTS", has won the Middle East Electricity Exhibition award of the best participant national pavilion. This is the 5th time the pavilion wins the award for participating in specialized international exhibitions around the world. The quality of the products offered through the Saudi pavilion had the biggest role in attracting visitors and drawing their attention towards the competitive national products at the exhibition held in Dubai, UAE from 1 – 3 March 2016.

22 Saudi companies in the Saudi pavilion showcased the latest products at this fair, which is an important platform to exhibit the latest equipment and services in the lighting, renewable energy, and electricity sector. This helps creating common business opportunities among businessmen, by displaying their products and services, and promoting them to interested visitors and investors to deliver them to new and different markets. This represents an opportunity for direct contact with key decision-makers in this developing sector in the Middle East.

The Middle East Electricity Exhibition is the largest and longest event organized in the energy sector in the region. It is an event that all agencies interested in electricity, lighting, nuclear energy and renewable energy, should attend to explore potential opportunities. The exhibition brings together more than 1,250 exhibitors from 54 states in the fields of electricity products and services, lighting, renewable energy and nuclear energy. This makes the Middle East Electricity Exhibition the largest gathering place for professionals in the energy sector. The exhibition aims to support growth in the region by providing a venue for visitors to meet local and international companies and establish commercial relationships with international and regional suppliers.

The Authority hopes that its efforts and activities will be an added value to the Saudi manufacturers in a way that will positively impact the national economy in general and growth of national companies in particular through stimulating these companies and enabling them to develop their business in international markets and making use of the available opportunities. It intends to do so through training workshops offered throughout the whole year, or through participation in specialized international fairs organized by the "SAUDI EXPORTS" in many sectors, in addition to bilateral meetings and forums.
