  Product Registration Incentive

Description

  • Supporting the beneficiary in registering their products in foreign markets to enable market entry and achieve sales.
  • “Saudi Exports” will provide this incentive to reimburse 50% of the fees up to a ceiling of 275,000 SAR annually.

Activities covered

  • Product registration fees with government authorities in foreign countries to permit trade.
  • Product registration fees with retail stores in foreign countries to allow product sales.

Required Documents – Initial Approval:

  • A price offer including (required activities and their costs, target market, and other relevant details such as (expected duration to complete the service – agreed payment option).
  • Extract from the commercial register.
  • Applicant’s identification.
  • Authorization from the company for the applicant.
  • Clarification of the expected additional revenues resulting from obtaining the incentive.
  • Proof of regulatory requirements (i.e., those related to registering products with government authorities).

All required documents for initial approval must be submitted within 30 days from the date of application.

Required Documents – Reimbursement:

  • Invoices as approved in the price offer.
  • Proof of payment for each activity or cost to be reimbursed, showing (amount, payment date, details of the account transferred from and the account transferred to).
  • Bank IBAN of the account transferred from and the account transferred to.
  • Proof of benefit from the service.
  • Filling out the incentive form and post-service report form.

All required documents for reimbursement must be submitted within 60 days after service completion.
